The Espresso Balsamic with our Southwest Seasoning is packed with so much flavor, you won’t need any additional seasonings whatsoever! Great dish to have out for a party!
- 3-4 lb Boneless Pork Shoulder, fat trimmed off
- 3T The Olive Grove’s Southwest Seasoning Blend
- 1/4C The Olive Grove’s Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
- Mini slider buns
- Toppings (optional): slaw, cheese, or your favorite spicy sauce
Generously rub all sides of the pork shoulder with the Southwest Seasoning Blend, then place in a slow cooker on low. Pour the balsamic vinegar over the pork shoulder and close the lid. Cook on low for 8 hours. Once done, pull apart with a fork and serve on a bun.
