This Balsamic vinegar is aged 12 years, which develops a rich, complex flavor. It is very complimentary to salad dressings, marinades and fruit salad.

18 Year Aged

This Balsamic vinegar is aged 18 years, which develops a rich, complex flavor. It is very complimentary to grilled meats, roasted/grilled vegetables, fresh fruit and vinaigrettes.

Black Cherry Balsamic

Pairs well with Blood Orange, Persian Lime, and Basil olive oil on salads. Use as a marinade for dark meats, and drizzle over fresh fruit and vanilla ice cream.

Black Currant Balsamic

Pairs well with Walnut Oil, Garlic and Basil olive oil for a salad. Perfect for a marinade on meats. Drizzle over veggies, fresh fruit and ice cream.

Blackberry & Ginger Balsamic

Pairs well with Lemon and Persian Lime olive oil for salads. Excellent as a marinade for your steaks and other meats. Drizzle over your veggies, fresh fruit and vanilla ice cream.

Blueberry Balsamic

With the sweetness of ripe blueberries, try with the Persian lime, Lemon or Basil olive oils on a salad, over pancakes, and on chicken with brie or feta cheese.

Champagne Vinegar

Create an exciting taste that will add zing to the plainest of salads with this vinegar. Combine with olive oil and spices to make a tasty marinade for chicken and vegetables. Or add to tomato based sauces to help bring out the flavor of all the ingredients in the sauce.

Cinnamon Pear Balsamic

Coconut Balsamic

A tropical delight!  It is wonderfully sweet and pleasingly tart with the clean, natural flavor of coconut.  Drizzle over pineapple, blueberries, strawberries and ice cream.  Use as a marinade for white fish, shrimp and chicken.  Add to sparkling water for a refreshing drink.  Pairs well with Persian Lime and Butter Olive Oils and Roasted Sesame Oil.

Cranberry Pear Balsamic

AMAZING! Pairs well with the Persian Lime and Basil olive oils on a salad. Drizzle this beauty on fruit, and definitely add to your cocktail, especially lemonade!

Espresso Balsamic

This rich flavored Balsamic is amazing on its own over fruit, ice cream, berries and so many more treats. Also wonderful used as a marinade on red meats, and paired with the Blood Orange olive oil for salads.

Fig Balsamic

Wonderful paired with the Blood Orange olive oil on a salad with crumbled bleu cheese!!! Drizzle this over your cracker with cheese, or marinade your dark meat in this. This is a fall and winter favorite!

Red Wine Vinegar

Our organic red wine vinegar is aged in oak barrels as to preserve the rich, robust red wine flavor.  The wine is then converted to vinegar using a natural fermentation.  Try using this specialty vinegar as part of a salad dressing, in a pasta sauce or even try adding it to your favorite stir fry which will give it a perfect gourmet taste.  My favorite salad dressing is the red wine vinegar, UP Evoo, dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt and pepper!

Sicilian Lemon Balsamic

Made with sweet and mild Sicilian lemons. Pairs well with Basil, Tuscan Herb &Milanese Gremolata olive oils for salads. Excellent for white fish and chicken. Drizzle over your veggies & fresh fruit.

Strawberry Balsamic

Great on salads, vegetables, over fresh fruit and on ice cream. Pairs well with Basil, Persian Lime and Blood Orange olive oil on salads.

Sweet Peach Balsamic

This balsamic is outrageously good using real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont. White Balsamic Vinegar
