Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods, this pasta’s signature feature is wheat germ and the intense black color from cuttlefish. It’s ideal to be served with fish-based sauces.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water, wheat germ, black squid ink (Sepia officinakis). May contain traces of egg, fish, soy, mustard.
