Ingredients:
- 6 Yellow potatoes
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1c Sour cream
- 3 tsp White or Black truffle oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Boil potatoes. Mash potatoes adding milk, sour cream and truffle oil. Beat well on medium speed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 4-6 servings.
