Eat hot or cold and you will love it! My favorite is using this dish as an appetizer for corn chips! But it’s great on pasta too!
- 2C Packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/2C The Olive Grove’s Garlic Olive Oil
- 1/2C Grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz Fresh goat cheese, room temperature
Put the basil, garlic olive oil, parmesan and goat cheese in a food processor or blender and process to a smooth paste.
Serve immediately as a dip, spread or serve over hot pasta.
