Creamy Goat Cheese Pesto

Eat hot or cold and you will love it!  My favorite is using this dish as an appetizer for corn chips!  But it’s great on pasta too!


  • 2C  Packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2C  The Olive Grove’s Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/2C  Grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz Fresh goat cheese, room temperature


Put the basil, garlic olive oil, parmesan and goat cheese in a food processor or blender and process to a smooth paste.

Serve immediately as a dip, spread or serve over hot pasta.
