- 6 oz The Olive Grove’s Roasted Walnut oil
- 2 oz The Olive Grove’s Balsamic Vinegar (any fruit flavor)
- ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk the vinegar and mustard together in a small bowl until combined. Gradually whisk in the oil and continue to mix until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
