Ingredients
- 4oz Gin of choice
- 8oz Soda water
- 2T The Olive Grove’s Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 wedges Fresh grapefruit
Directions
Divide the gin, soda water and balsamic equally between two tumbler-style glasses. Add enough ice cubes to fill each glass, bringing the liquid level to 1/4 inch from the top. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit on the rim.
*If making for a crowd, add some grapefruit balsamic to the water in your ice cube tray, quadruple the recipe and serve in a pitcher along with the grapefruit infused ice cubes so the flavor doesn’t dilute as they melt.
