Lemon Drop Cookies


  • 2 C Flour
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 C The Olive Grove’s Lemon Evoo
  • 3 T Milk
  • 1/4 C Freshly squeezed lemon juice


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray baking sheet (The Olive Grove’s Misto Sprayer works well).

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and beat with a spoon until mixed completely.  Scoop mixture by teaspoonfuls and form into 1-inch balls.  Drop onto baking sheet 2 inches apart.  Bake 12-14 minutes.  Remove from pan and cool.  Makes approximately 2 ½ dozen cookies.
