Pasta Salad


  • 8oz The Olive Grove’s Orzo Pasta
  • 5oz Fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/3C Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4C Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1C Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 tsp Basil, dried
  • 1/4C The Olive Grove’s Tuscan Herb or Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4C The Olive Grove’s Traditional 18-Yr Aged or Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1pinch Salt


Cook orzo pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in spinach, feta, onion, tomatoes, basil and salt. Toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Refrigerate and serve cold.
