Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic

Description

Our Sicilian lemon white balsamic is exceptionally versatile.  It has both bright and sweet notes without the bitter and sour flavors characteristic of most lemon varieties.  An all-around staple in the Mediterranean diet, this vinegar pairs nicely with just about any infused or Robust EVOO.  Add a splash in sparkling water, use it in a vinaigrette, over white fish, as a marinade for chicken and pork, over vegetables, or pasta salad.  Pairs well with Basil, Garlic, Tuscan Herb, Milanese Gremolata and Persian Lime olive oils.
