This dressing is delicious on any type of salad.
- 3 Tbsp The Olive Grove’s White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 6 Tbsp The Olive Grove’s Super Premium Evoo, such as Cobrancosa or Arbequina
Whisk together balsamic, Dijon, honey, salt and pepper until blended. Gradually whisk in olive oil, blending well.
