- 2T The Olive Grove’s Blood Orange Olive Oil or Super Premium Evoo such as Hojiblanca, Coratina, or Arbequina
- 16oz Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
- 1 Honey crisp apple, thinly sliced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2T The Olive Grove’s Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
In a large saute pan (cast iron, preferred) heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then, add apples to the sprouts and sauté an additional 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the balsamic to the pan and combine well.
