This is recipe is so easy and comes from our very own, Susan. I like to make more than I need and store them in an airtight container in my fridge for my week’s salads. Perfect recipe to use in place of any candied nut recipe that uses butter and sugar. I love to carry a small baggie in my car and snack on them too!
- 2 C Pecan halves
- 1/4 C The Olive Grove’s Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a shallow bowl, toss the pecans with the Balsamic. Let sit about 10 minutes (as long as it takes to preheat oven). Place the pecans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 9-10 minutes. Let cool, and eat!
*Use in salads, pasta dishes, toss with Brussels sprouts, and eat like candy!
