- 2 large Honeycrisp apples, cored and chopped or pared into 1/4″ thick pieces
- 2T The Olive Grove’s Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- 2T The Olive Grove’s Lemon Olive Oil
- 2T Brown sugar
- 1/4 C Granola (optional)
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until the apples are coated. Place in microwave on high heat for 4 minutes. Remove, and enjoy over vanilla ice cream, or on its own.
