Cinnamon Pear Roasted Sweet Potatoes


  • 4T  The Olive Grove’s Butter flavored Olive Oil
  • 2/3 C  The Olive Grove’s Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • 8 medium  Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into wedges
  • 2t  The Olive Grove’s Black Truffle Sea Salt


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Whisk together olive oil and Balsamic.  In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with the mixture to coat.  Place on parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with sea salt.  Bake until browned and crispy for about 30 minutes, flipping once.
