- 1 C Wild rice, or wild rice blend
- 1/2 C Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 C Slivered almonds
- 1 Orange, sliced and cut into small pieces
- 2 T The Olive Grove’s Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil or Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1/4 C The Olive Grove’s Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt to taste
Cook wild rice according to package directions. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add salt to taste, and serve.
This dish can be made ahead of time. If doing so, refrigerate, then remove 30 minutes prior to serving.
