Creamy Herbed Chicken


  • 1/2C  Buttermilk
  • 1/4C  The Olive Grove’s Rosemary flavored Olive Oil
  • 2T  Grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1T  Lemon juice
  • 4  Boneless, skinless chicken breasts


In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk, olive oil, mustard and lemon juice.  Place the chicken in a large ziploc bag.  Pour in the marinade making sure to coat the chicken well.  Place the bag in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours to marinade.

Preheat the grill.

Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the bag.  Grill for about 10 minutes per side, until cooked through, and serve.
