Creamy Mashed Potatoes


  • 5lbs  Russet or yellow potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 8oz  Cream Cheese
  • 1C  Half and half cream
  • 1/8t  Pepper
  • 1/2C  The Olive Grove’s Mushroom & Sage or Garlic flavored Olive Oil
  • 1t  Salt
  • 1t  Seasoned salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Beat cream cheese, cream and olive oil together.  Put with the hot potatoes and mash with a beater.  Add remaining ingredients and put in a casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes, covered.

*You can make this 1-2 days ahead or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
