Creamy Tomato Soup


  • 4C  Tomatoes
  • 1/2C  The Olive Grove’s Super Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Picual, Koroneiki, Arbosana)
  • 1/2C  Chicken broth
  • 3 cloves  Garlic, minced
  • 1/2C  Heavy cream
  • 1C  Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1t  Salt
  • 1t  Pepper



Puree the tomatoes, olive oil, broth, garlic, cream and cheese in a blender or food processor.  Then transfer to a large pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.  Reduce heat and let simmer about 15 minutes.  Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve!

Makes 8 servings

Serve with croutons, fresh slivered basil, and/or a drizzle of Basil olive oil on top!
