- 3T White sugar
- 3/4C The Olive Grove’s Sweet Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- 2t Black pepper
- 2 Fresh peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 1/2oz Blue cheese, crumbled
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the white sugar, balsamic vinegar, and pepper. Simmer until liquid has reduced by half and becomes slightly thicker. Remove from heat and set aside.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Place peaches on the grill, cut side down. Cook about 5 minutes, or until the peach flesh is caramelized. Turn peaches over. Brush the top sides with the balsamic glaze and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove peaches from the grill and drizzle with the remaining glaze. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
