- 3T The Olive Grove’s Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil
- 1T The Olive Grove’s Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt
Preheat grill. Let the ground beef sit out at room temperature about 30 minutes before you begin to handle it. Mix in the olive oil and sea salt until thoroughly combined. Divvy up into 5-6 equal parts and make patties. Do not over handle them, and do not tightly pack them. Make sure the meat is loosely packed together. Grill the patties to your desired temperature, 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Top with Cheddar or Gouda cheese and serve.
