Key Lime Salmon

This has been on a weekly rotation in our home for several years.  This will make non-salmon people enjoy salmon, and enjoy the health benefits of this great fish!



Preheat oven to the broiler setting.  Place your salmon on the broiler pan skin side down, and drizzle with olive oil.  Allow it to soak into the filet.  Generously sprinkle the seasoning blend over the salmon.  Broil about 8-9 minutes for medium rare for a thick filet.  Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the filet.  Let sit for 5 minutes, then cut and enjoy!

Serve with Mashed Cauliflower, or Lime Rice!
