Ingredients
- 4 Steaks (your favorite cut…I prefer a NY Strip Steak for this recipe)
- 3T Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, smashed
- 1t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2t The Olive Grove’s Italian Table Blend
- 1/4C The Olive Grove’s Super Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Garlic, Tuscan herb, Picual or Koroneiki)
- 1/4t Black pepper
- pinch Cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions
Place steaks in a zip-lock bag with all ingredients. Toss the bag around to evenly distribute the ingredients. Marinade 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator turning a few times. Remove steaks from the marinade and let sit at room temperature about 30 minutes. Grill steaks to your desired temperature.
