Oven Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic

You won’t have a hard time getting your family to eat cauliflower prepared this way!  The combination of lemon, garlic and cheese is delightful on the palate!


  • 6C  Cauliflower, florets only
  • 1/4C  The Olive Grove’s Garlic Olive Oil or Super Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1T  Sliced garlic
  • 2T  Lemon juice
  • 1t  Sea salt
  • 1/2t  Black pepper
  • 2T  Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2T  Chives, chopped


Preheat oven to 500.  Place the cauliflower florets in a large sauté or roasting pan.  Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower, and season with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.  Place the pan in the oven and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally for even roasting.  Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Garnish with chives and serve while warm.
