Excellent when combined with Toasted Sesame Seed oil to marinate swordfish, but it is just as good when used to make coconut panna cotta. Drizzle over pineapple, blueberries, strawberries and ice cream. Add to sparkling water for a fabulous cocktail…my personal favorite!
