Are you a Ranch dip and dressing lover? Me too! We often have customers ask us for an alternative to Ranch, and here it is. Try this as a dressing on a salad, dip for chips and all your vegetables like cucumber, carrots, broccoli, and a sauce for potatoes, chicken or whitefish.
- 1 large Avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 2 t Lemon juice, fresh
- 1/2 C Greek yogurt, non-fat
- 1 t Hot sauce
- 1/4 C The Olive Grove’s Super Premium Evoo, such as Frantoio, or flavored such as, Pepperoncino Garlic, Milanese Gremolata, Lemon, or Garlic
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3/4 t Sea salt
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend. Makes about 1 cup. To thin it out, add more olive oil or water until it reaches the consistency you prefer. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
