Roasted Chickpeas

For all the salty, potato chip lovers out there…this one’s for you!  Delicious, healthy snack that’s even kid approved!


  • 1 15oz can  Chickpeas or Garbanzo beans
  • 2T  The Olive Grove’s Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/2t  Garlic salt
  • 1/4t  Cayenne pepper


Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Drain can of chickpeas and put into a medium sized bowl.  Mix in olive oil, salt and pepper.  Pour onto a baking sheet with sides and roast for 30-35 minutes, until they are browned and crunchy.

Store in an air tight container up to 3 days.
