Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage with Sweet Potatoes


  • 4 links  Chicken sausage, cooked, cut into 1″ pieces
  • 4C  Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1″ pieces (Tip:  you can often find them peeled and cut in your local supermarket)
  • 1/4C  The Olive Grove’s Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 2T  The Olive Grove’s Fig, Espresso, or Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar, divided
  • Salt and Pepper to taste



Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  In a medium bowl toss together the chicken sausage, sweet potatoes, olive oil and 1 Tbsp balsamic.  Place onto the baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 20 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with remaining balsamic vinegar, and serve.
