Ingredients
- 6C Spinach or Mixed greens
- 2T The Olive Grove’s Fig Balsamic Vinegar or Traditional 18 Year Balsamic
- 1/4C The Olive Grove’s Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1C Peaches, thinly sliced
- 1C Mandarin oranges (fresh or from a can)
- 1/2 small Red onion, sliced
- 1/2C Slivered almonds
- 1/2C Blue Cheese or Goat Cheese, crumbles
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the salad greens with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil. Place the greens on each salad plate. Top each with peaches, oranges, red onion, almonds and cheese. Serve and Enjoy!
