Soak and drain the bulgur wheat per the package instructions.  Squeeze out any excess water and place in a mixing bowl.  Very finely chop the tomatoes and place in a colander to drain juice.  Very finely chop the cucumber, herbs and onions.  Add the chopped vegetables and herbs to the bulgur and mix.  Add the Toomey’s Seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil.  Mix again.  For best results, cover the tabouli and refrigerate for 30 minutes.  Add additional seasoning if desired.
