Grapes in the salsa give it a refreshing taste, for a hot, summer day. This salsa is perfect for an outdoor BBQ. It can sit outside for a party without worrying if it will go bad.
- 2C Tomatoes, chopped (I like a combo of Roma and colorful baby heirloom)
- 2C Grapes, chopped
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, finely diced (use a Serrano pepper for a bigger kick)
- 4-5T The Olive Grove’s Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 1 whole Lime, juiced
- 1/4C Cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients through Garlic into a large bowl and mix well. Add salt to taste. Let the salsa sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with thick tortilla chips, add to your tacos, or stir into scrambled eggs.
