Traditional, simple everyday salad.
- 8C Mixed Spring Greens
- 1/2 Red onion, medium, halved and sliced
- 1C Tomatoes, chopped
- 1C Cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1C Kalamata Olives, sliced (optional)
- 1 Avocado, pitted and sliced (optional)
- 1C Feta cheese, crumbled or Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2C The Olive Grove’s Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2C The Olive Grove’s Traditional 18 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Place servings of greens onto each salad plate. Top with red onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, avocado and cheese. Drizzle oil and balsamic over each salad plate and serve.
