- 1 medium Watermelon, cut into squares about 3/4″ thick
- 1/4C The Olive Grove’s Blackberry Ginger Balsamic
- 1C Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4C Basil, slivered
Using a small spoon or teaspoon, cut a small hole in the top center of each watermelon square. Drizzle watermelon with the balsamic vinegar. Fill each hole with feta cheese, and sprinkle with basil. Enjoy!
