This has been my go-to lunch for YEARS! It’s so quick, easy and healthy!
- 1 pkg (2.6oz) Tuna (I use Starkist reduced sodium in water)
- 1/2 Avocado, chopped
- 1/4C Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4C Baby cucumbers, sliced and halved
- 2 to 3T The Olive Grove’s Dill Olive Oil
In a bowl, mix together tuna, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, olive oil and salt. Enjoy right out of the bowl, on crackers, or in a lettuce wrap!
