Avocado Tuna Boat

This has been my go-to lunch for YEARS!  It’s so quick, easy and healthy!


  • 1 pkg (2.6oz)  Tuna (I use Starkist reduced sodium in water)
  • 1/2  Avocado, chopped
  • 1/4C  Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4C  Baby cucumbers, sliced and halved
  • 2 to 3T  The Olive Grove’s Dill Olive Oil


In a bowl, mix together tuna, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, olive oil and salt.  Enjoy right out of the bowl, on crackers, or in a lettuce wrap!
