Ingredients
- 6C Mixed greens
- 1/3C White or Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2C Milanese Gremolata Flavored Olive Oil
- 1C Heirloom tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4C Kalamata olives, halved
- 1/2 small Red Onion, sliced
- 1C Croutons
- 1/2C Goat or Feta cheese
- Toomey’s Gourmet Salt Blend to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the salad greens with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil. Toss in tomatoes, olives, onion, croutons, cheese, and Toomey’s. Mix well and serve!
