Ingredients
- 2 C Honeydew, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 C Cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 C Watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8-10 Mozzarella balls, halved (I prefer the 1-inch balls but you can use the petite or large and cut them up)
- 1/4 t Crushed red pepper
- 1/8 t The Olive Grove’s Lime Salt
- 3T The Olive Grove’s Cucumber Melon White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1T packed Basil or Mint, torn into pieces
Directions
Mix all the melon, mozzarella balls, crushed red pepper and salt in a large bowl. Pour the balsamic vinegar over the fruit and combine well. Sprinkle in the basil or mint. Serve in a large serving bowl for a dinner party, or put on skewers for a BBQ. Enjoy!
