Sausage Egg Roll in a Bowl


  • 1lb Ground sausage (pork, chicken or turkey)
  • 6C  Shredded cabbage or any other shredded veggie blend
  • 4 cloves  Garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2T  The Olive Grove’s Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1T  Soy sauce
  • 1/4C  Green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2T  The Olive Grove’s Roasted Sesame Oil


Heat a large skillet over medium heat.  Add the sausage and cook stirring often to crumble, until cooked through.  Add the cabbage or veggie blend, garlic, balsamic and soy sauce to the skillet with the sausage.  Cook for 3 minutes or until cabbage has softened.  Remove from the heat and top with the green onions and drizzle with sesame oil.  Serve warm.
