Summer Corn on the Cob


  • 6 ears  Corn, husked and cleaned
  • 6T  The Olive Grove’s Cilantro & Onion, Dill or Butter flavored Olive Oil
  • 1/4C  Cilantro, finely chopped (or Dill if using the Dill olive oil)
  • Salt to taste



Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.  Cook corn in boiling water for 7-10 minutes.  Drain, let cool and set on a platter.  Drizzle 1T olive oil on each ear, and sprinkle with herbs and salt.
