Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken


  • 1 1/2 lbs Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 C  The Olive Grove’s Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 1/8 C  The Olive Grove’s Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp  The Olive Grove’s Italian Table Blend Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Place chicken breasts in slow cooker then add the remaining ingredients covering the chicken evenly.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours if using frozen chicken.  Cook on low for 4-6 hours if using thawed chicken.  Shred the chicken inside the slow cooker.  With the slow cooker still on low, allow the chicken to sit in its juices another 30 minutes to soak in more flavor.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.  Serve on a bun, over a bed of rice, on pizza, or in tacos.
