All you need is a few hearts of romaine, handfuls of crunchy homemade croutons, and several sprinklings of freshly grated Parmesan cheese-what a perfect salad! If you don’t want to use the raw egg yolks in the dressing, substitute 1/2 tbsp heavy cream and an additional tbsp of Parmesan cheese.
This recipe is so easy and comes from our very own, Susan. I like to make more than I need and store them in an airtight container in my fridge for my week’s salads. Perfect recipe to use in place of any candied nut recipe that uses butter and sugar. I love to carry a small baggie in my car and snack on them too!
